On November 25, a delegation from Malaysia visited MSLU. It included ex-senator Alkaf Jaziri Abdillah Suffian, First Secretary of the Malaysian Embassy Farid Zahin Bin Zawawi, Second Secretary of the Malaysian Embassy Mohammad Umair Bin Rashidi, Deputy Director of the Center for Networking with Industrial Enterprises of Putra University Saihir Amir Bin Amir Hamza.

The delegation was welcomed by Vice-Rector for International Affairs Vladimir Storozhev, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Internationalization Irina Shokina, Director of the Project Office of International Cooperation Olga Egorova.

The meeting was held at the initiative of the Malaysian side. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the development of educational ties between the two countries. The both sides expressed interest in implementing student and faculty exchanges.

Following the meeting, it is planned to conclude a Memorandum of Understanding between MSLU and Putra University.
